From tears to hair goals in just one night! I called Shamsi at noon, sobbing because my hair was patchy and broken from a DIY mishap, and I had an important event coming up. Shamsi answered, told me to come right away, and kept my spirits high. I walked in looking like a hot mess and left feeling like I had just stepped out of a magazine. I’m so emotional writing this!
